3. Send 5–7 milestones in chronological order, including dates and short captions where desired.

4. Include reference photos and any important details.

Proof & revisions

Your first proof will be emailed within 48 hours after all required information and reference photos are received.

Please review your proof and request changes within 48 hours. Up to two rounds of revisions are included. Check all names, dates, spelling, and personal details carefully.

If no response is received within 48 hours of the proof email, the first version will be finalized and sent.

Digital download only

Your finished personalized artwork will be delivered digitally to your email after approval or the review window closes. This is a custom order, not an instant download. Revision requests extend the completion time.

Print through your preferred print service or at home. No physical print, canvas, frame, or other item will be shipped. Printing and framing costs are not included.

The artwork is an illustrated interpretation of your story, rather than a photorealistic portrait.
